Buyer Services

Buyer Consultation — When you’re ready to make an investment in real estate, we’ll sit down and discuss what characteristics you want your new property to have. We’ll crunch numbers, talk about location, figure out what your must-haves are, and we’ll set up a plan to get you your dream investment.

Customized listings — I’ll set you up with a portal on the MLS. You pick which properties you want to see and I’ll set it up.

Comparative Market Analysis for Buyers — Did you find a property that you love? Not sure what to offer? No worries. I’ll break it down to make sure you’re getting the most bang for your buck.

Negotiations — Buying and selling property is all about negotiations. I’ll make sure that you’re getting a fair deal.

Escrow - They’ve accepted your offer, now what? I’ll walk you through the inspection process, make sure that your financing goes right on time, and do a final walk through with you. If all goes to plan (and it should!), we’ll be celebrating KEY DAY in no time!

Seller Services

Seller Consultation — Need to sell your property? Let’s meet so we can go over how to get you the most money for your property in the least time possible. I’ll provide a Comparative Market Analysis for Sellers. This allows you to determine what your selling price should be. I’ll also go through your property and give cost-effective ideas on how to stage it so that buyers will be in awe when they step foot in your property.

Listing Services — When you’re ready to list, I’ll put your property on MLS, get professional photos taken, and market aggressively. We both have the same goal - your property sold ASAP.

Negotiations — We got an offer on the property! Congrats! But is it good enough… ? I’ll break down exactly how much cash you’ll be getting from each offer so you know if you want to accept an offer. Offer not to your liking? We can do a counter. I want you to get a fair deal that you’re going to feel good about.

Escrow — Once we’re in escrow, I’ll help you review the inspection report, keep tabs on the purchaser’s financing, find vendors if you need to fix anything in the house, and anything else related so that we can close on time.

Referral Services

Mortgage Lenders — I’ve worked with many mortgage lenders and can help find you one to fit your needs. My lenders are the best in the business with no fuss and no nonsense. If you need to get qualified for financing, these guys are the best. Ask me today for a lender referral!

Vendors — Need a moving company? How about insurance for your new property? Need a roofing company, a handyman, and a plumber? I have referrals for all. I’ve either used one of these vendors personally, or I know that they do a good job through friends and family. Just let me know what you need and I can find it.

Moving out of State— I have a wide network of nationwide REALTORS® I can refer you to if you’re planning a move from Arizona or need to sell your home in a different state. Just ask and I can find you the best of the best!
